Hands on Chocolate Knackali Making Workshop with Bristol Based Chocolate School ‘The Chocolate Tart’
Come along and learn how to make beautiful ‘Knackali’ – chocolate florentines.
Lisa Clarke of Bristol based ‘The Chocolate Tart’ will take you through the whole process of making a dozen of these delightful and delicious little discs. You will have the opportunity to hand decorate your knackali with a range of toppings. Your knackali will also be set onto a coloured cocoa butter patterned transfer sheet – for that professional finish!
Packaged in a sachet for you to take home and enjoy, or give as a beautiful gift to a loved one!
Tickets £15 per person.
Minimum age 8.
Children aged 8 – 12 must be accompanied by a partaking adult.
This workshop takes place in the kitchen area, accessible via the ballroom. The ballroom is wheelchair accessible, but there are a small number of steps down into the kitchen.
Exmouth based chocolate party organiser ‘Truly Scrumptious’ will be running a drop-in chocolate lollipop decorating station throughout the festival.
Pop along to the ballroom anytime and decorate your own chocolate lollipop with a range of yummy toppings. Eat it straight away, or take home and enjoy later!
