The Chocolate Pizza Company is based in the suburbs of Exeter and make handmade Belgian chocolate pizzas aswell as delicious flavoured chocolate bars and treats. Manna Bon Bons are a Jurassic Coast chocolate maker run by Mother and Son. Mannabonbons was founded by “Mama” Karen who was inspired by her passion to create natural, healthy and delicious food for her five lovely children, family and friends. All our ingredients are Organic or ecologically & ethically sourced. Here’s our little secret… it’s all freshly handmade, giving it a smooth and succulent texture that will melt in your mouth. With a deliciously tempting twist on the traditional, award-winning Zara’s Chocolates hand-make everything from their shop in Bristol using traditional hand-tempering techniques, and a lot of love and passion. They’re bringing a gorgeous selection of Christmas products to the show, including their beautifully decorated chocolate baubles, and a whole host of year-round delights, include bite boxes, bars, and hot chocolate stirrers. The Chocolarder is one of the only small batch bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the country. We produce fine quality, stone ground chocolate using organic beans imported from single estate, family run plantations in Venezuela, Java, Madagascar, Peru and the Dominican Republic. The select beans used at The Chocolarder are roasted, winnowed and ground over 4 days before being left to mature for 30 days. The chocolate is then hand tempered and made into bars. She has created a unique luxury collection of chocolates and sensual chocolate gifts in exquisite ethical boxes ~ gifts for the senses, of beauty, sensuality, intimacy and goodness. These indulgent gifts make beautiful love offerings for friends, family and lovers. To taste Mococu is to experience extraordinary chocolate ~ intense exquisite lingering sensual… Janet Lewis produces handmade chocolates in South Devon using premium quality origin chocolates and, where possible, local ingredients. Included in her range is a selection of water ganaches which contain fewer calories and less fat than standard truffles and allow a clarity of flavour. She sells her chocolates individually or customers can have a box made up with their own selections. There is an extra charge for the box and ribbon and she recommends this only if the chocolates are for a gift – this reduces the cost to the consumer and cuts down on packaging waste. Aztec Gold Chocolate produce handmade, bean-to-bar, vegan chocolate bars. Crafted from sustainable organic cacao & coconut sugar with your wellbeing & the planet’s wellbeing in mind.
