The Chocolate Pizza Company is based in the suburbs of Exeter and make handmade Belgian chocolate pizzas aswell as delicious flavoured chocolate bars and treats.

With a deliciously tempting twist on the traditional, award-winning Zara’s Chocolates hand-make everything from their shop in Bristol using traditional hand-tempering techniques, and a lot of love and passion. They’re bringing a gorgeous selection of Christmas products to the show, including their beautifully decorated chocolate baubles, and a whole host of year-round delights, include bite boxes, bars, and hot chocolate stirrers.

Truly Scrumptious Chocolate Parties is a unique party experience allowing children and adults to have fun and create their own chocolates. Guests get to create delicious chocolate using their own imaginations and take home to enjoy.
J.Cocoa
At J.Cocoa we make award winning chocolate from the finest cocoa beans directly sourced from growers around the world. Our chocolate is made totally from scratch, taking around two weeks to craft from bean to bar by roasting, cracking, grading, de-shelling, stone grinding, refining, conching and hand tempering on marble in a truly artisan way to produce silky chocolate with the finest flavours that melt in your mouth. We make a specific pledge to protect the environment, this is the only planet with chocolate after all. All our packaging is designed to be zero waste, glueless, recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.

The Sweet Pedlar will be offering the South West Granny Gothards’ award winning ice cream and sorbets at unbeatable value without compromising internationally recognised quality. Grim Reaper Foods are artisan makers of multi award winning chilli products, specialising in chilli chocolate, hot sauces, dry rubs, extracts and cold pressed rapeseed oil. All vegan with exception of white and milk chocolate! The range of Grim Reaper chocolates are all National Chilli Award Winners. For the Exeter chocolate festival we will also be sampling alongside our 3 bars, 3 from Dr Burnorium, Psycho Chocolate, which are very different to our own. Everything chilli….come burn with us…

Janet Lewis produces handmade chocolates in South Devon using premium quality origin chocolates and, where possible, local ingredients. Included in her range is a selection of water ganaches which contain fewer calories and less fat than standard truffles and allow a clarity of flavour. She sells her chocolates individually or customers can have a box made up with their own selections. There is an extra charge for the box and ribbon and she recommends this only if the chocolates are for a gift – this reduces the cost to the consumer and cuts down on packaging waste.

Chef and owner Samuel Brook has worked in several high end hotels throughout Devon, spending over four and a half years under Michael Caines, and holding the head Chef position at Paschoe House. Pretty Little Pastries can offer anything from birthday and wedding cakes, macaron favours to full wedding catering, private dining, canapés to full afternoon tea or a dessert for a dinner party.
